  Literally the worst funeral home ever. The nixa location has messed up so many things. My mother passed away and they made me bring three different changes of clothes for her not explaining with the autopsy they wouldn't work. Then they didn't have the obituaries done until an hour before the service. They were also still wrong so he had to reprint them. He included she was a very private but loving person. What a joke. Then I went to pick up the cremations and the director gave me the wrong ashes. I walked out to my car and realized that it did not have her name on it. They also charged over the amount that was agreed on. They also rushed everyone out after the service when we still had over an hour still paid for. They began putting all the pictures away themselves and rushing everyone outside or My the doors. Now I have been waiting for the death certificate for 3 weeks after I told it was done. I called after 2 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Don't go here!!
